Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

All tags, accessories, and protective packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Products
Customized or personalized products, and products that have been used, installed, or assembled, may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
